2. Services covered
We may provide or arrange travel and visa-related services, including:
- UAE visit, tourist, transit and residence visa application assistance.
- Family residence visa and freelance-permit or residence-visa assistance.
- Visa extensions and status-change application assistance.
- Flight tickets, accommodation, travel insurance, tours and other travel services.
The exact service provided, price, documents required and any supplier conditions will be confirmed in your written quote, invoice or booking confirmation.
3. Our role in visa applications
MC Travel UAE can provide application assistance and coordinate the services agreed with you. The relevant immigration authority makes the visa decision. We cannot guarantee that a visa, extension, permit, status change or entry into the UAE will be approved.
Processing times published by an authority or service provider are estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing. Delays may occur if additional documents, checks or approvals are required.
A visa issued by an authority may have specific conditions, including an entry deadline, permitted stay, entry type or extension restrictions. You are responsible for complying with the conditions on your issued permit and applicable immigration rules.
4. Your information and responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide complete, accurate and current information.
- Check names, passport numbers, dates and other details before an application or booking is submitted.
- Provide genuine, legible documents and promptly respond to requests for further information.
- Tell us if your travel plans, passport details or circumstances change.
- Review your booking confirmation, ticket, insurance policy and visa once issued.
- Make sure you have the travel documents required for your destination and transit points.
Errors, missing documents or late responses may delay an application or booking. If a correction or reapplication creates an additional fee, we will explain the charge before proceeding where practicable.
5. Quotes, prices and payment
We will provide the price and scope of the service before you confirm an order. Depending on the service, a quote may include separate amounts for:
- MC Travel UAE’s service fee.
- Government or immigration fees.
- Airline, hotel, insurer or other supplier charges.
- Taxes, payment-processing charges or other disclosed costs.
Unless the quote states otherwise, prices and availability are not final until confirmed and paid. If a third-party or government charge changes before submission or booking, we will notify you of any price change and seek your confirmation before proceeding.
We will provide a dated invoice or payment confirmation for your transaction. Do not pay into a personal account unless we have confirmed in writing that it is an approved payment method for your booking.
6. Cancellations, changes and refunds
Contact us at info@mctraveluae.com as soon as possible if you want to cancel or change a service.
The refund or change amount depends on the service, the work already completed, and any government, airline, hotel, insurer or other supplier charges. Before payment, we will disclose any service-specific cancellation conditions that apply.
Where a refund is due, we will calculate it based on the service not provided, costs actually incurred and applicable supplier rules, subject to mandatory UAE consumer law. A charge that cannot be refunded by a government authority or supplier will only be deducted where that charge was actually incurred and the relevant condition was disclosed before you booked.
7. Travel bookings and third-party suppliers
Some services may be provided by airlines, hotels, insurers, tour operators, payment processors or other suppliers. Their terms, schedules, change fees and cancellation rules may apply to the relevant service. We will make applicable conditions available before you confirm the booking where they are provided to us.
Airline schedules, accommodation availability, insurance decisions and other supplier services are controlled by the relevant provider. We will assist with communication or changes within the scope of the service you booked with us, but a supplier’s decision remains subject to its rules and applicable law.
8. Visa refusal, delays and travel decisions
A visa application may be refused, delayed or approved with conditions by the relevant authority. Application assistance does not guarantee approval, a particular processing time or admission at the UAE border.
Unless your written booking states otherwise, you should avoid relying on an unapproved visa when making non-refundable travel arrangements. If you receive a visa, check its details and entry deadline before departure.
9. Privacy and personal documents
To provide a requested service, we may need to collect personal information and travel documents, such as passport details, contact information, photographs and booking information. We may share the information necessary to process your request with relevant authorities and service providers, such as airlines, hotels, insurers or application channels.
We handle personal data in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy. Marketing messages should be handled separately from information needed to provide a service. UAE law includes protections for personal data and consumer privacy.
10. Website content and acceptable use
Website information is provided for general guidance and may change. Your service quote, booking confirmation and the terms of the relevant authority or supplier govern the particular service you purchase.
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information or use our content in a way that violates another person’s rights.

11. Liability
We will provide the service agreed with reasonable care and in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for decisions made independently by immigration authorities or suppliers, or for delays outside our reasonable control. This does not exclude responsibility for our own failure to provide the service we agreed to provide.
12. Events beyond reasonable control
Circumstances such as government restrictions, changes to immigration rules, public emergencies, severe weather, technical outages, flight disruptions or supplier closures may affect a service. We will inform you of material changes we become aware of and discuss available options, subject to applicable law and the relevant supplier’s rules.
13. Complaints and contact
If you have a concern about a service, contact us and include your booking reference, the service involved and a description of the issue. We will review the complaint and respond through the contact details you provide.

14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdiction that applies to you.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on our website will show its effective date. Any service you have already booked will remain subject to the terms confirmed for that booking, unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
16. Severability
If a provision in these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
